CNY Project Hope was born from a simple but powerful recognition: Central New York families deserve support when facing their hardest moments. In Syracuse and across the Region, neighbors help neighbors. Our organization exists to amplify that spirit of community care—to be the steady hand reaching out when someone needs it most.

Every day, community members face unexpected challenges: a job loss, a medical emergency, food insecurity, or a crisis that threatens their stability. These aren't failures of character—they're the real struggles of real people living real lives. CNY Project Hope exists because every person deserves compassion, dignity, and practical support when they need it.
